Returns Policy

We provide PDF visuals for every order and ask you to check and sign them before we carry out any decoration on your promotional clothing.

This approval process is crucial as it allows you, the customer, to make any relevant changes and be entirely happy with what you are ordering. It gives us an exact format to work from and in the event of a discrepancy allows both parties to verify what was signed for.

All of our custom clothing goes through a strict quality checking processing before we ship, but in the unlikely event that you wish to return any items please contact us before doing so, as once a garment is decorated we are unable to issue refunds except where there is a demonstrable quality failing.
